Terms of service

The service

The app lets you choose which product photos show for each variant and displays them on your storefront through a theme block. Shopify's free themes and many others are supported; if yours isn't yet, we'll tell you and work on it, but we can't guarantee compatibility with every theme.

Plans and billing

There's a free plan and paid plans, described in the app and on the Shopify App Store. Paid plans are billed by Shopify on your Shopify invoice, monthly or yearly, and may include a free trial.

You can change or cancel your plan at any time from the app. Moving to a smaller plan never turns off products you already set up; you just can't add new ones beyond the limit.

Your content

Your products and photos remain yours. The app only stores what it needs to work, as described in our privacy policy.

Acceptable use

Don't use the app in a way that breaks Shopify's terms or the law, or that tries to interfere with the service.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the app running and fast, but it's provided “as is”, without guarantees of uninterrupted operation. If the app stops working, your store keeps showing your theme's usual photos.

To the extent allowed by law, MSan Labs isn't liable for indirect losses, such as lost sales, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for the app in the last 12 months.

Ending

You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend access if these terms are broken. Your data is deleted as described in the privacy policy.

Changes

If these terms change, we'll update the date at the top of this page; important changes will be announced inside the app.
